Pricing
We don’t have a flat rate, but our project management services are charged as a small percentage of your total cost and are based on the complexity of the job. In our experience, this is still significantly cheaper than the initial quotes provided by the monopolist utility providers in the Auckland region.
Our promise is that if we are unable to save you any money, you will not be charged a fee for our service.
Since November 2019 we have saved our clients a total of $2,648,533.
By utilising our skills we worked together with three different developers on three different sites, on the same street and saved them alot!
